AI Transparency Statement

The Bulgarian Association of Boating Industry (BABI) believes visitors should know how this website was made. This statement explains where artificial intelligence (AI) was used and where it was not.

1. Where AI was used

Parts of the website code, such as animations and custom scripts, were written with the help of an AI coding assistant (Claude by Anthropic). Every change was reviewed and tested by the brandЪ team before publication.

2. Where AI was not used

News, statements and information about members are written and approved by BABI. Photographs of yachts, shipyards and events are real and provided by BABI and its members.

3. No automated decisions

The website does not use AI chatbots, automated decision-making or profiling of visitors.
